Your official sign-on date will be your anniversary date. Your contract is for one year. If you choose to sign-on as a pro-staff member again it will happen one year from your anniversary date.

We are honored as a company to have your interest in becoming associate with the Killz Hunt team. Individuals associated with Killz Hunt will discover the opportunity to promote themselves in the hunting industry as professionals while promoting all Killz products as a professional company that is based on outstanding quality and customer service. By joining the Kill Hunt team staff, you are agreeing to conduct yourself in a professional manner while representing Killz Hunt and all companies and retailers associated with Killz Hunt.

INITIAL SIGN-ON PROGRAM

1. You will pay $149 and receive a combination of products you choose from the Staff order form. The Hat, Shirt and Decal will be included in your order at no charge. If you decide to sign on again at your anniversary date you will sign on at the rate of $99 and choose products in the staff order form we send you.

2. During your one year as a pro-staff member, you will receive a code which will allow you to purchase more Killz Hunt products at a 50% discount. The code is FOR YOUR USE ONLY. Anyone sharing this code will be cause for immediate dismissal from the team.

PROFESSIONALISM

In order to be perceived as professionals we must present ourselves professionally. Appearance and apparel make an important first impression. While representing Killz Hunt at shows, contests, seminars and retail events we would prefer you dress according to the following guidelines

· Wear the Killz apparel you are provided at all events and shows (logo must be visible). Clothing will be provided by Killz.

· We request that you wear proper fitting black pants. (if you wear khakis, jeans or shorts – they should be proper fitting without any holes, tears.)

· We ask staffers to be clean-cut. If facial hair is present, we ask that it to be clean for appearance

· Most states prohibit the use of tobacco products while working in an occupied building. So, follow the state and federal laws and refrain from using these products.

· At Killz we are hunters and conservationists first, so all staffers must follow State and Federal fish and game laws, as well as all other State and Federal laws.

COMPENSATION

If you work a dealer/retail show you will receive compensation as set up by Killz Hunt and your compensation will be as follows (subject to change)

TRADE SHOWS:

· 100 points: 8-hour show

· 50 points 4-hour show

· $40.00 stipend for food (consumer or dealer shows only)

TELEVISION:

As a pro-staff member, your videos will have the opportunity to appear on one of our many shows on Pursuit Channel and Sportsman Channel. If we use your footage on any show, it will equate to 500 points.

SOCIAL MEDIA:

If we use your photo on social media or our website, you will receive 20 points.

**Each point is worth $1 credit towards merchandise to be paid out each year. Each pro-staff member will be required to submit a detailed list of credited points for us to review and then send the pro-staffer a gift number to use.

PHOTOS AND INTERNET/FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM POSTS: These are encouraged but not required and they have no status point value. Submitting photos without a story for use on the Killz Hunt website such as product photos or hero shots; posting on a public forum in the best interest of Killz Hunt ins encouraged. Please try to use photos during the appropriate hunting season to keep interest current, which helps to keep our image clean and up to date. Make sure the photos are tasteful; tongue of harvest inside mouth; kill shot is ok, but keep blood pictures to minimum

Additional: If any Pro Staffer presents a good story and kill shot of your hunt on video Wild Choice Media will review the footage and if it meets their standards, it could be aired on our TV Shows.

INTERENT AND WEBSITE FORUM CONDUCT

The internet, website and Social Media are the top forms of communication between hunters, contest callers, pro-staffers, competitors and customers. There is nothing worse that a “KNOW IT ALL,” because there is no such thing. Therefore, it is important as a Killz Hunt representative that we do not leave that perception with people. At Killz Hunt we offer suggestions as to what works best for us. There is no technique, product or way of doing something that will work 100% all of the time. Listed below are some other important thing to know:

· Zero tolerance is our policy. NO Killz Hunt staffer will bash a competitor, fellow staffer or customer

· We are professionals and provide valuable insight. Leave the fighting and arguing to the “Wanna-Be’s.” Use your head and post wisely and professionally.
